neither is the 'emails' attribute supported in Turba_Driver::toHash()

the "emails" (plural!!!) attribute (as used in source.php for private kolab address books) is not yet handled by Turba_Driver::tovCard. vCards exported from a private kolab address book do not contain a mail address.
