Hm. I can't for the life of me find the misisng charset conversion...

So your saying the the same gallery will display the title wrong in 
one spot, but OK in another?

I"ll keep looking...

Are you sure these are not galleries that were created/saved/modified 
before the fix was committed?  In other words, do *all* galleries in 
the locations you are showing me exhibit this behavior?

Because the original galleries were stored as BIG5 format in sql 
backend ,and still not display well.
But new gallery i just create  looks good.
Can you see if what I committed fixed the issue?

There are many question marks diaplay in gallery name,which  named as 
chinese original.I guess that is somewhere lost 
String::convertCharset() but i can't find it out.
