Also, was it intentional that if your using a hook and the hook determines the user is not old enough, you still allow them to view the gallery via the disclaimer screen? Yes, they see just the title and description so they know on which gallery they are. The same in on metacafe.com.

User can mark his gallery not child safe of for adult only. The visitor is notified the first time he would like to enter the gallery. The ages rage are configurable by admin, if none specified this feature is turned off. Even a hook can be called to get the user age for registered users.
