Sorry, forgot that I lack some permissions :)

The attached patch holds the unmerged parts of the patch.

It adds a config option for the new preferences driver and adds the
correct icon in the imp mbox hook.

So it's an alternative to the LDAP driver for Kolab? If this is how
Kolab prefs _should_ be stored, then sure, go for it.
I already discussed this driver on the Kolab list and there were pros
and cons for both drivers. In the end I believe mainstream Kolab will
stick to the LDAP driver.

Having an IMAP driver helps if you:

  a) install Horde on a web server without PHP ldap

or

  b) want to run Horde/Kolab with a general IMAP server

b) is of course not yet supported but this is something I'm aiming for
in Horde 4.
There's no reason not to put it in HEAD, btw. The only question would
be whether it goes into 3.2.
Ok, commiting. For the Kolab world this is not required in 3.2 so I
guess I'm not going to merge it.

This patch provides an IMAP based preferences driver for Kolab.

I'm posting this as a bug first since I don't know if this
could/should be included in CVS HEAD at the moment or not.
