Fixed the tag search (which fixed it showing up in the tag-search feed). If anywhere else is uncovered, I'll reopen the bug.

Right now posts with no publish date show up various places. This is leaky and defeats, to some extent, the point of being able to save an article without a publish date. :) (we should also probably ignore posts with a publish date in the future)
