Sure it's not. I'm not a Polish speaker, so I can't tell which is
wrong or right, and it's not our job because all translations are
contributed. The language communities usually discuss translations
internally, not over the bug tracker.
Of course you can't and I don't blame it for you. But if there is a  BTS for submitting bugs it should support also translation bugs which 
shall be redirected to proper team. At least it should be clearly 
documented how translation bugs shall be submitted. Because there ARE 
bugs. Bugs are not only in code.
Well, I see we have a completely different point of view, this BTS is 
not a usenet news. I am not going to waste you time anymore.

Oops? Current Polish translation looks like written by someone really 
dyslexic without using the dictionary and you say this is not bug? 
Shame...

A Debian user, ,Andrzej Oszer  reports us a bug about erros in polish 
translations for Nag here : http://bugs.debian.org/468915 (he includes 
a patch).
