contributed. The language communities usually discuss translations
internally, not over the bug tracker.
BTS for submitting bugs it should support also translation bugs which
shall be redirected to proper team. At least it should be clearly
documented how translation bugs shall be submitted. Because there ARE
bugs. Bugs are not only in code.
Well, I see we have a completely different point of view, this BTS is
not a usenet news. I am not going to waste you time anymore.

a patch).
