Going to stall this for now, as this particular feature would most 
likely require a Java app (as done in Gallery2)...also, this should be 
handled by any solution decided on by 
http://wiki.horde.org/Project/SyncWebAlbums.

Add support for accepting photo uploads from Google's Picassa. This 
would also require adding a custom upload/export button to Picassa.
