Changed the handling of the view mode from a user pref to a gallery property. Still have to work out navigation, and things like making the "download as zip" work for the currently displayed time period etc...

Just to update from some recent discussions, the exif date will be put directly into the ansel_images table if it's present. If it's not, the date of upload will be placed in that field. This will tremendously simplify the browsing code.

Allow browsing images by date. If EXIF data is present, use that as date, otherwise, fall back to date uploaded. Browsing should go something like: A small calendar -> click the date/month/whatever -> list of tags for that date if over a certain # of pictures -> etc -> view photo
