pgp.mit.edu the default setting.
Regarding wwwkeys.pgp.net I think there's only the DNS record pointing
so some system, but there seems no appropriate software running there
(so it's maybe a stale DNS entry).

Alexander.

from the options in HEAD and FW_3. wwwkeys.pgp.net seems to be up, at
least in some respect, so I just moved it to the bottom of the list
for now.
www.keyserver.net does not behave well. When I remove it, everything
works ok. When I add wwwkeys.pgp.net I get the timeout after 60
seconds / a rejection. pgp.mit.edu works well.
I suggest to remove wwwkeys.pgp.net and www.keyserver.net from
conf.xml. Maybe you can add keyserver.pgp.com instead (I did not test
it with IMP).
I switched back from gnupg 2.0.3 to gnupg 1.4.7 and see the same behavior.
Generating a new private key with 1.4.7 works just fine, but
displaying a pgp/gpg signed message with 2.03 or 1.4.7 does not work
(causes the hang). I even went down to "1" for the timeout for the pgp
keyserver.
Bye,
Alexander.

since I switched from gnupg 1.x to 2.x (it's been a while), I'm not
longer able to run with the activated pgp support. Everytime IMP tries
to display a signed mail (key not in the keystore) it hangs. When I
deactivate the pgp support in IMP, the same mail displays just fine.
Bye,
Alexander.
