Provide a hook which can be used by the site admin to
auto-populate "my email addresses", for example  by looking
up addresses from a directory.  The hook should be called whenever
the vacation message is activated.  Ideally these could supplement
whatever is in the manually-entered "my email addresses" field, in which
case they would never need to be shown to the user.
