Agreed. Removing code is good. Committed. I personally don't see much sense in default categories at all, so I'm inclined to not even add the SQL script. Any opinions?

Any objections having default categories as SQL script file? As I see no point having them in sesha's admin page accessible for all Horde/Sesha admins. I've made something you could call a patch :)
