Hi,

I still have the same problem with IE9, even though I applied the
patch. In Firefox, it works correctly. PHP 5.2.8

Thank you,

Pierre Forget

This is first bunch of fixes I made for IE7 and Horde compatibility.

P.S. I noticed that UTF is turned off by default in Browser.php. Maybe
it would be better to turn it on? Nowadays every decent browser
supports UTF.
