A common occurence that I've observed with users and websites (in 
general) is impatience, due to lack of feedback from the site.  To the 
user, the browser appears to be doing nothing, so perhaps clicking on 
a button again, or again, or again might get a response.  An area I 
observed this within Horde is for users doing searches in Turba that 
take a long time.  A good feature to counteract the extra followup 
clicks would be to do something similar to the Kronolith pageLoading 
stuff, except overlay the screen with a Searching pattern.
