Do the partial errors messages sound ok?  Eg:
For me, yes. But I am not a native speaker.

I was tempted to do that, but we often don't have the right 
information to display a meaningful error.  We would have to look up 
the contact name in most cases since we aren't provided with it (we 
only get the object key).



Do the partial errors messages sound ok?  Eg:



"Error adding %d of %d of requested contacts"

I personally think that it might make sense to notify about errors 
individually. But that's not a strong opinion.

When deleting/copying/moving/adding multiple contacts, summary 
notifications are more useful than eg:



Entry successfully deleted.

Entry successfully deleted.

[...]



This should say:



Successfully deleted %d entries.



For single contact modifications, the summary should include the contact name.
