This should be provided by the mimp/"plain" view in IMP 5.

Currently when viewing the mailbox without JS, operations such as delete, move etc for messages do not function. Insert logic for alternate functionality using plain form submits to achieve the same tasks. See ~~#2703~~, should tie in with a method to select plain HTML version.
