Attached you'll find a patch for disabling/enabling the vacation 
subject, since not all vacation systems allows the user to specify a 
mail subject.

gnarwl for example, sends a vacation message reply with the original 
message subject (Re: blah blah).
In this case the 'horde vacation' subject appears inside of the 
message without the patch.
