Tweaked a little for coding standards and to only display the tabs 
when there are search results, and committed. Thanks!

I have added a set of tabs to the time tracking seach page to provide 
reports with subtotals for each of the major time tracking dimensions:

- Summary tab (same as before; no subtotals)
- By Date
- By Employee
- By Client
- By Job Type
- By Cost Object

This patch will work with or without the earlier patch I submitted (to 
add cost objects to the search criteria form). We are using both 
patches on our site.
