probably not able to convert the windows-874 charset that has been
used for this message.
Make sure that the PHP iconv extension is installed, beside that there
is not much you can do, only upgrading the iconv library might help.

problem with encoding for Thai language.
Thai language cannot be displayed and read
- in the subject line in the inbox page and
- in the body part after cliking in, to read detail of the email.
I really wonder what causes this and if there's any way to fix this,
not all the whole webpages of Horde can't display Thai, since the
wording of some menu can still display Thai word properly.
To help read the body part of each email message in Thai sometimes,
cicking at message source can help but sometimes cannot.
there is no problem at all for Horde that comes with the previous
version of Plesk (like 7.04 or 7.5.2)
Is there anyway to fix this?
thank you very much
Kris,
