None of them do still. We could allow picking a single background image for each piece of stationary, but given that no one's pinged this feature in three years, I'm dropping it.

The problem is, that the htmlarea editor doesn't support setting these. Maybe one of the editors that are currently being integrated during a Summer Of Code project will support it. We can reconsider this request then.
