This has been fixed in CVS. Unfortunately the user gets now two confirmation requests if he clicks the link and not only the table cell. This probably needs to we solved by using a confirmation form instead. I already spent too much time to find a fail-proof javascript solution.

If I select "empty trash" and at the confirmation popup I select "cancel" then the Trash folder is emptied anyway.
