when I send a E-Mail to someone and i don't check the recipient address.
It send E-Mail's without checking, if the recipient address is an
valid e-mail address.
For example:
To: Mister Mustermann <mustermann@irgendwas.de
( The sign ">" missing )
he accept this, an the MailServer Admin get a message, that there is
no valid recipient address and he lost the address completly.
I need a check for the recipient address and the copy Field.
