As discussed on the dev list, I'll implement this by adding a section
in turba's options for IMSP Addressbook management.  This will provide
for adding, deleting and possibly renaming addressbooks.   Will also
eventually include support for adding/changing IMSP ACLs as well.

Turba doesn't allow to add address books, and this probably won't
change anytime soon. So there is no way to add IMSP address books at
the moment.

Many of my users use other IMSP-aware IMAP clients (e.g. Mulberry) in
addition to IMP/Turba and therefore are used to having and using
multiple IMSP address books.  While the IMSP driver in Turba allows
these users to view these "secondary" address books, it does not give
them the ability to add new ones or delete existing ones.  Can this
functionality be added?

It may be the case that the current design/architecture of Turba 2.0
makes it difficult to integrate such functionality.  If necessary, I'm
willing to try and help, where I can, with some of the development.
