Added as an optional parameter to servers.php. Made clear that this parameter should not be used except in extreme cases. Committed to HEAD and 4.0.3.

This adds support for setting the IMAP delimiter in config/servers.php as mentioned in http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=1465
