rootbinddn and it's password is required. and saving prefs having
these unset, generates fatal error accessing horde

Required 'rootdn' not specified in preferences LDAP configuration. The
file /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php should contain a
$conf['prefs']['params']['rootdn'] setting.
Details have been logged for the administrator.
