I'm sorry, but active sync will only work with this set. If not set, 
I can send emails only via the web interface.
ActiveSync uses the exact same configuration as the rest of Horde.  If 
using SMTP it requires secure connections.

Because the 'secure' param doesn't exist anymore.

Hello,

I used the web-interface to change some settings unrelated to the 
"MAILER" sections. While doing so, I noticed that the settings 
['mailer']['params']['secure'] get lost in the conf.php file.

I have used this setting to specify SSL authentification for my 
(external) SMTP server.
Further, this setting also cannot be maintained via the web-interface.
