You have to track this down yourself, unless some developer is able to 
reproduce this.

May the language packages other then english are not installed on 
the OS. Do the other languages work at all in Horde/Kronolith?
Whole horde interface is in language what i chose. Only freebusy 
information not showing (empty blocks). The freebusy information works 
if i chose english language.

Cannot reproduce, works perfectly fine with any language.

If i chose language other than english the freebusy information do not 
display.
Unknown blocks instead. If i switch back to english the freebusy info is ok.

OS: NetBSD 5.1 Generic
Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.0 installed from pear channel
