Fixed in Git. Will be the next bug fix release of Core, Turba, Nag, and Mnemo.

I was going crazy, seeing my tasks folders disappear as soon as they were created on the device even though they had successfully appeared in Horde, until I remembered about a setting which let us choose the folders we want to synchronise with the device. Folders added from the device should always be included in the list of synchronised folders. A private folder can always be created in the phone perimeter.
