This isn't fix, AFAICT.

Horde_Mapi cannot be a required library if it requires a 
*non-standard* PHP library, since we don't require this anywhere else 
-- with the exception of gettext.

I don't have bcmath on my system, and it isn't mentioned anywhere in 
INSTALL documentation.  We must gracefully handle if Horde_Mapi is not 
installed.

Works fine here. I see and can download the PDF file attachment.
We have resolved the problem. It is caused by php-bcmath was not 
installed so that horde/Horde_Mapi was not automatically installed.

Some emails with "winmail.dat" may cause the Horde showing "Error when 
communicating with the server". Attached are the screenshot and email 
sample. We tried other open source webmail (e.g. roundcube, 
SquirrelMail) that got no problem.
