Did this ever make it into the code? The 'picker' list is still at the 
bottom and scrolls off the screen on long lists.

When the address book is listed, if the contents fill more than one 
page (which with a shared address book is very likely), the [All] A B 
C D ... etc  picker list is pushed beyond the bottom of the screen. 
Most users don't even notice it's there.



Could this be moved to the top of the screen to make its use more obvious?
