I don't understand why horde is using two themes.
I had configured one theme in horde.
I some changed colors and images.

Horde 5.1.2 works with the new theme.
When I did upgrade to horde 5.1.4 stopped working.

any idea?

Then your CSS rules are wrong.

I've created a second theme for all modules.
I've configured horde to use the new theme.
I realized that some objects are referenced by default-theme instead
new theme.

The new theme is loading 90% in horde. The others 10% continue
referenced by default-theme.
