We can't use Alt-PgUp/PgDown, since that is tied to preview scrolling.
We can't use Shift-PgUp/PgDown, since that is reserved for text
selection (at least on Windows). We can't use Ctrl-PgUp/PgDown or
Ctrl-Shift-PgUp/PgDown since those are used by browsers. Not sure
what the alternative is.

entire INBOX list then uncheck the messages I want to see and delete
the rest. If I scroll down I can do it but it is cumbersome and the
slider to the right of the list it so close to the background color I
have to look hard to find it. I would make the contrast between the
slider and the slider track greater.
I prefer to page down when scanning so many messages but hitting
either the page up or page down button at least in my computer
unchecks the entire list.
