You are missing the MIME part header (which includes the print
action) which can't happen unless someone explicitly changed the
code and/or the CSS.
I've now found that our own development actually did remove this
intentionally.
My apologies, please close this case 13048.
For the record, this is now being discussed in our own system as case 93909.

According to help files:
"To print a message you are viewing, click on the "Print" icon located
next to the part of the message you want to print. The message will
open in a new window formated for printing. Depending on your web
browser and operating system, the print dialog box may open for you.
If it does not open, then pull down the web browser's "File" menu and
choose "Print" to open the print dialog box."
Following these instructions, we are not able to find the print
button. Apologies if we're missing an option or behavior, but please
respond with where this function is, if it exists (or if all printing
is handled by the browser now).
