Some users seem to have trouble to remember their vacation setting. I
tested the TimeObjects to make the vacation visible in Kronolith,

There are some issues left:
a) are there security issues? Who may see it?
b) Is there another way to implement an infinite time range, say start
== 0 and end == very_large_number?
c) If you click on the event, you get to tge Ingo page of vacation,
but if you the hit back of the browser, you are redirected to the Ingo
page again.

I didn't know if vacation should be excluded if it is deactivated (my
first implementation), or as it is now, where vacation is disabled as
"inactive".
