fixed with: pear install -f horde/horde_editor don't know why i was removed or what

After upgradeing from 6.1.6 to 6.1.7, switching to HTML when writing new e-mail stopped working. When i click on 'HTML composition', writing area becames gray with message 'Loading...' and stays like this. No javascript errors are logged. Firefox 27.0.1, Chrome 33.0.1750.146.
