I forgot to mention that I tried different Browsers (Opera and 
Firefox) and that Horde's test.php page says "LDAP Support: Yes".

I freshly installed Horde 5.1.5 on RHEL 6.5. As soon as I clicked the 
"Generate Horde Configuation" button the page did not display anything 
any more. May httpd error log contains the following message:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Horde_Ldap' not found in 
/usr/share/pear/Horde/Core/Factory/Ldap.php on line 75

Did I miss to install a certain module?
