If max_timelimit is set to any value,  just one message can be sent
from horde. After this, no user can send any more messages, with report:
"You are not allowed to send messages to more than 1 recipient within
24 hours."

If I delete max_timelimit from the permissions interface, all works well.

This happens with imp-6.1.5 (horde-5.1.5), the problem came up with
the upgrade from imp-6.1.4 (horde-5.1.4)

Thanks for any help,
Andreas
