This could already be done by using two address books with the same 
source, but one with only the limited set of fields enabled.

At the moment, one can share an addressbook read-only, read-write, ... 
etc. However, due to privacy concerns, it can sometimes come in handy 
to share an addressbook read-only for some fields only: e.g. one can 
see the e-mail addresses, but not phone numbers etc.

I think this would be a nice feature if it were added to Turba.
