This was the behavior a month ago.  Since then (and confirmed), double 
clicking moves the current input text to an autocomplete box and moves 
the double-clicked entry to the input.

If double clicking a pretty-autocompleted address to edit it, any 
address that's currently in edit mode will be removed completely.
