The cached data would have expired after a maximum of 6 minutes, but I've added code to expire it immediately when the preference is saved.

Then I change the calendars to include in the Free/Busy URL, this has no effect. But then I disable the Horde Cache ($conf[cache][driver] Don't cache any data) the changes has effects.
