strptime() implementation on your system.
in kronolith.js
i got null value for time, (see attached pic)
value of $F(elm), Kronolith.conf.time/date_format looks no problem at all.
after parse into function Date.parseExact and Date.pase, i get null value.
that's why it show error message

when creating event in calendar,
there are popup of Kronolith dynamic message showing unknown time format ..
we always use ??/?? instead of using AM/PM
