Most likely the initial_page is for the folder view, which was already fixed.

When clicking on <tld>imp/dynamic.php?page=mailbox (Webmail link in the header) imp loads no mails. When using <tld>imp/dynamic.php?page=mailbox#mbox:LU6CB1x (INBOX Link in Newest mails on Portal) everything works fine. Could the problem be only in the wrong link?
