Hi,

I'm currently searching for an alternative to Microsoft Outlook 2013
as windows desktop client working with Horde EAS.
EAS == Exchange ActiveSync != Exchange Web Services
May you confirm that EWS is currently unsupported with Horde ?
Correct.
Is there any roadmap to implement it ?
No.
Do you know if there are other desktop clients than Outlook which
handle natively EAS ?
Windows 8 mail client, I believe, also supports EAS natively. Other
than that, I'm not sure.

Hi,

I'm currently searching for an alternative to Microsoft Outlook 2013
as windows desktop client working with Horde EAS.

I'm trying to make Thunderbird 17.0.8 work with Exquilla plugin
(https://exquilla.zendesk.com/home).

I have succeeded in passing the autodiscover step but then i have an
error message about Exchange Web Services (EWS) unsupported.
In fact, the autodiscover.xml file replied from autodiscover step
doesn't contain a valid "ewsURL" entry, which is necessary for Exquilla.

I don't know if it's a bug or a normal behaviour (i guess it's the 2nd
answer) and my request must be probably classified under enhancement.

May you confirm that EWS is currently unsupported with Horde ? Is
there any roadmap to implement it ? Do you know if there are other
desktop clients than Outlook which handle natively EAS ?

Thanks for your support.

Kind Regards

Richard Beltramé
