included in the subject line of a vacation autoreply when using the
Sieve backend in Ingo (I don't know enough about the other backends to
know if this would be possible or how it would be accomplished, so
this patch is limited to sieve). Specifically, it substitutes the
original subject line for any instance of "%SUBJECT%" contained in the
autoreply subject field. This allows, for example, an autoreply
subject line a la Outlook by using "Out of Office: %SUBJECT%" in the
Ingo vacation subject field.
