Thank you for your quick answer.
After deeper tests, i detected that only one of my devices has this behaviour.
I deleted the OST file from my mail profile and resynchronized all my
data with a fresh one.
The problem no longer occurs. All the appointments are correctly
synchronized online and offline/online.
It's once again the buggy behaviour of OL2013 ...
Sorry for the loss of time.
Thanks again.
Kind Regards
Richard

connection. It may also be beneficial to obtain a network capture.
To enable debugging, see instructions contained in the ActiveSync
section of Horde's configuration. Also, see
http://wiki.horde.org/ActiveSync for more details.
Debugging should not be enabled on a production server, Attach/post
only the portion of the log that directly deals with the problem
reported (it may be simplest to clear the log file and then perform
the event that causes the error).

I meet a problem with Outlook 2013 appointment synchro.
Context : 3 clients using EAS
- OL2013/PC, OL2013/TABLET, WP8
When my PC or TABLET is online (network connection active), every
appointment taken on any device is correctly synchronized with the
horde server and pushed immediatly to all the others devices.
When my PC or TABLET is offline (no network connection), every
appointment taken is NOT synchronized when the device becomes online
again. I tried (in online mode) to modify the not synced appointment
(start date, end date, title) but no way to make it synced through
EAS. The only way is to delete the appointment and recreate it online.
I looked at the known issues and current tickets but haven't seen
anything close.
Thanks for help.
Kind Regards
Richard
