behavior. The queue email address sets the *sender* of notification
messages. It doesn't have anything to do with who *receives* messages.
Is there a way to stop this notifications or send it so a single 
email address?

I'm confused. Do mean if the queue email is set or if it is not set?
Sorry, first the queue email was not set and I create the bug report.

Then I set the queue email address and whups send the mails anyway to 
all queue users.

Whups send as well a mail to all queue users if the queue mail address 
is set! That was not in the older version (<3.0.0RC1) and confused my 
user.

If queue email address is not set, whups should not send a mail to all
