We actually were refreshing the flag list. But the flags weren't being displayed in the current mailbox due to a typo. Fixed in IMP 6.1.3.

After creating a new flag in imp with right click on the mail and chosing "Create new flag" it marked the message with the new flag, but if I want to unflag it, I can't because the new flag doesn't appears in the right click menu. I have to reload imp to see the new flag. Can you please implement to auto reread the flags to show them in the menu after creating a new one?
