Bug is invalid!
Since we changed the fqdn of the whole horde installation the
free/busy URL changed. So we had old/wrong calendar entries about
this... these caused the warnings.

(minor problem - import of the calendar entry works but we just get a
"yello" warning message in the UI).
In the logs I find this corresponding note:

Let me know if this minor bug is not reproduceable/if you need some
more/other logs...
