close the ticket was my problem that I have already solved ...
Sorry, I'm not understanding what you are describing. Can you please 
be more specific and spell out exactly how to reproduce this. I'm 
not seeing any issues moving top level galleries to other galleries.

If I create a Gallery "father" and then "move" in another gallery 
father (of course the role of the gallery to move changes from 
"father" to "son"), the gallery moved does not display correctly   
until I create inside the gallery "father" a "sub-gallery"
without entering any photos.
