after testing a little bit more (and on the right time) when I set
Files on local file system, it's POSSIBLE to sent a e-Mail with
attachment.
(I made a logout and logon on Horde between the two test)
NOW It's sill POSSIBLE to sent e-Mail with attachment with settings
SQL database | Horde defaults --> MySQli
SOLUTION: I changed in IMP-Settings -->
$conf[compose][use_vfs] --> WAS NEVER SET!
* $conf[compose][link_attachments] FROM YES to NO !!!
Is this possible for the solution and the problem?
Thank you!

when I try to sent a e-Mail with an attachment (any type png or
pdf...) follwing error occurs:
[imp] Unable to open VFS file. [pid 7956 on line 68 of
"/var/www/horde/imp/lib/Compose/Attachment/Storage/Vfs.php"]
VFS is SQL database | Horde defaults.
Set in Horde is MySQLi
Same occurs, when I try to set File on local file system - /tmp
(Anybody can write to tmp)!
It's since I use IMP 6.1.1 and Horde 5.1.0
Thank you!
