6. Delete Mail Not OK
This is an iOS issue, it expects a trash folder to be present or it 
can't delete the item.

Hello,

now i've reproduced the failure...

1. Clean Horde Install
2. Attach iPhone 5
3. Sync OK
4. Send, Receive Mail OK
5. Push OK
6. Delete Mail Not OK
7. Push and Sending still working
8. Conf Change in Horde Webmail (Delete Options)
Move Messages Into "Trashfolder" --> Choice "trash"
9. Delete Account in iPhone
10. Delete Device from AS
11. Readd Device
12. Sync OK
13. Delete OK
14. Send OK
15. Push + Sync  (nothing happens) / Push Loops
16. deactivate Push in iPhone --> Manual
